This week's schedule and good luck!
Hi Everyone!
I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that due to an out-of-town competition, the gym will be closed Fri (2/29) and Sat (3/1) and I also will not be scheduling any private lessons after 1pm on Fri. No other days will be effected.
And while we're on the subject, let's wish Justin good luck. He will be competing at the Arnold Classic in the International Rules Kickboxing Division on Sat in Columbus, Ohio. Justin's put his time and hard work in at the gym and will do well. Good luck to him!
